Morning Mushroom Foray with Gabrielle Cerberville | (MONDAY) August 17 | Enso Farm and Forage
Enso Farm and Forage invites you to a morning in the field with one of the most dynamic foraging educators in the country.
Join Gabrielle Cerberville, known as the Chaotic Forager and the Internet's Mushroom Auntie, for a guided mushroom foray across the Colorado Rockies. By mid August the season is in full expression. Upper montane terrain is responding to summer monsoon moisture and the diversity of what we find shifts week to week. Gabrielle brings a rare combination of deep field knowledge, scientific rigor, and the kind of energy that makes a morning in the mountains feel genuinely alive.
This ticket is for the morning foray only. If you would like to join us for the evening hands on fermentation class with Gabrielle as well, the full day combo is the best value.

A note on foraging: we cannot guarantee the number or variety of mushrooms we will encounter. That uncertainty is part of what makes this real.
Come dressed for variable mountain conditions. Wear long pants, sturdy footwear, and layers. Bring water, snacks, and lunch. Terrain may include uneven ground and some elevation change.
A note on class minimums: if fewer than 5 students are registered, the class may be canceled. Registered students will be notified at least 48 hours in advance and refunded in full.
