Ensō invites you to an intimate evening at the table.
Join Chef Kyle Mendenhall for a three-course family-style dinner in a private Boulder County home, built around seasonal and foraged ingredients and what the Colorado landscape offers in mid-May. The menu will reflect what the season and the foragers provide, supplemented by the finest local farms and producers we trust. As in agriculture, the specifics are never fully known until the day arrives. What is certain is Chef Kyle's commitment to cooking something exceptional with whatever the season brings.
This dinner is the evening portion of our full-day Spring Mushroom Foray and Dinner experience and is available to a limited number of additional guests. Full-day foray participants will also be in attendance, bringing the energy of a morning spent in the Colorado Rockies directly to the table.
This is a rare opportunity to experience the culinary side of Ensō’s work without attending the morning foray.

About Chef Kyle Mendenhall
Kyle Mendenhall is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of experience in the Colorado culinary scene. As Chef and Partner at Arcana in Boulder, he led a team recognized by The New York Times and named among Colorado's Top 25 restaurants by 5280 magazine. His cooking is ingredient-driven, deeply seasonal, and rooted in relationships with local farmers and foragers.
